Scope and fixed price
You get a written scope with a fixed price, the assumptions behind it and a confirmed start date. If answering properly requires a paid audit first, we’ll say so before quoting anything.
Build in the open
Work happens in a staging environment you can open any day of the week, so you review progress every few days rather than waiting for a single dramatic reveal at the end.
Launch and hand over
We migrate, test and launch, then hand over the code, the hosting credentials and written documentation covering everything you need to run the site yourself.
Look after it
Updates, backups, security monitoring and small changes continue on a monthly maintenance plan, which runs month to month with 30 days’ notice to cancel.
How much does a WordPress website cost?
It depends on how much of the site is custom and how many systems it connects to, which is why we scope before we quote rather than publishing a number that would fit almost nobody. How long does a WordPress build take?
Most custom builds run four to ten weeks from signed scope to launch, while smaller jobs such as a migration or a performance pass usually take days. AI in the loop removes much of the repetitive setup work, but design decisions and your content still take the time they take.
Do I own the website and the code afterwards?
Yes. You own every line of code we write, along with the design files and the database. We build on standard WordPress, so any competent developer can pick the site up later without first learning a proprietary system.
Is there a lock-in contract?
No, our maintenance plans and hosting run month to month, and you can leave with 30 days’ notice. If you move on, we hand over a complete backup and the access credentials rather than making you ask repeatedly.
Do you work on sites you didn’t build?

Where is your team based, and do you offshore the work?
We’re an Australian studio, and the engineers who write your code are the same people you email. We don’t subcontract client work to an offshore agency. Ask who’ll be on your project and we’ll tell you before you sign anything.
