AI that does real work in your business.

We build assistants, agents and automation that take on actual work, not demos. A fixed-price pilot first, a production system after, with the same engineers across both.

Testing belongs inside the build, not after it.

We use current tools, AI among them, for research, scaffolding, test writing, code review and log analysis on every project here. An engineer still designs the architecture, reviews every change and decides what goes live, which matters more on AI work than anywhere else.

The same discipline shapes what we build for you. Models behave unpredictably in ways ordinary software doesn’t, so testing belongs inside the build rather than after it. We write tests for the behaviour you care about, measure accuracy against real examples, and keep a person in the loop wherever customers or money are involved.

None of this sits apart from your website, because if you run WordPress the features can live inside the site you already operate. That’s what the AI for WordPress page is about, built by the same engineers who handle your WordPress development.

Where AI pays off first.

These are the jobs that pay for themselves quickly in a small or mid-size business, because they take back hours somebody is losing by hand right now.

Answering customer questions

An assistant that reads your prices, policies and help pages. It answers the repetitive questions accurately, and hands the awkward ones straight to a human.

Sorting new enquiries

Every enquiry gets summarised, scored against your rules and delivered into your CRM, so your sales team opens the ones worth their morning.

Reading documents

Invoices, forms, timesheets and supplier emails turned into clean data and checked against your records, with anything unclear flagged for a person to approve.

Drafting content at volume

Product copy, service pages and internal guides drafted from your own material, then edited and approved by a person before anything goes live.

Searching what your team knows

Policies, contracts and past projects become searchable in plain English, so new staff stop interrupting the two people who know everything.

Cleaning up messy data

Product catalogues, member records and migrated spreadsheets sorted, merged and corrected, with every change logged so you can roll it back.

Start with a fixed-price pilot.

Most teams don’t need a strategy deck. They need evidence that this works on their data, with their customers, before committing serious money. So we take a single use case, agree a fixed price and a deadline, and deliver something your team can genuinely use.

At the end you get working software, an honest measurement of how well it performs and a straight recommendation. Sometimes that answer is to stop, and we’d rather say so in week three than bill you for six months. AI strategy and consulting covers how we pick the use case in the first place.

What we’ll tell you straight

  • Models get things wrong, so anything important needs checks, limits and a person who can intervene.
  • Plenty of problems are better solved by a form, a database query or plain automation, and we’ll quote that instead.
  • Results depend on your data, and if it’s disorganised or out of date, tidying it up is usually the first job.
  • Running costs are real, so we estimate them before we build and design the system to keep them predictable.
  • You own everything, including the prompts and the evaluation tests, so another team could maintain it.
Do you build custom AI models, or use existing ones?

We use current models from the established providers and connect them to your data and your systems. Training a model from scratch costs a fortune and is almost never worth it. The engineering value is in retrieval, testing, guard rails and integration.

What is the difference between AI development and automation?

Automation runs a process you already have, faster, like an enquiry landing in your CRM with the right person notified. AI development builds something that has to make a judgement call, like sorting, summarising or answering in plain English. Most useful projects combine both.

How much does AI development cost in Australia?

It depends entirely on the use case, so we scope it before quoting rather than publishing a figure. Pilots are deliberately fixed price, so you see a working result before committing to a bigger investment, and we quote against a written scope. Describe the problem and we’ll tell you what it takes.

Can you add AI features to a site you didn’t build?

Yes, and that’s most of this work. If the site runs WordPress we build the features into it, which the AI for WordPress page covers. Other platforms usually connect through an API instead.

Does a human review what the AI produces?

Yes. Anything a customer sees, and anything to do with money, goes past a person or through checks we write and you can read. We measure accuracy against real examples before launch, and we keep measuring it afterwards.

Is this just vibe coding?

No. We use AI hard for research, scaffolding, tests and code review. Our engineers still design the system, read every change and own what ships. You get readable code, tests and documentation, not a demonstration that falls over in week two.

Got a job AI should be doing?

Describe the process eating your team’s week. We’ll tell you whether AI helps, what a pilot would cost and how long it takes.
