Which products do you cover?

We work across the categories security tools usually fall into: endpoint protection, email security, multi-factor authentication and identity, backup and recovery, web application firewalls, vulnerability scanning, and SIEM and monitoring tools. Tell us what you’re trying to solve and we’ll tell you which category, and which specific products, fit.

Do you resell these products, or just advise on them?

Both, depending on the product and the vendor. For some tools we can put the licence itself through us as part of one quote. For others, we advise on the right product and tier and you buy directly from the vendor while we handle the setup. We’ll be upfront about which applies before you commit to anything.

Can you just quote us licensing, without implementation?

Yes, though most clients find the value is in having one team handle the quote and the setup together, since a licence that’s never configured properly doesn’t protect anything. If you only need a quote, say so and we’ll scope exactly that.

Do you support what you install?

Yes. Once a tool is live, we keep it configured, apply updates, and are the first call if something needs adjusting. Ongoing support is part of the quote, not an afterthought you discover you need six months in.

Can you take over licences and renewals we already have?

Often, yes. We’ll review what you’re currently paying for, check it still matches your seat count and actual usage, and take on renewal management from there. A surprising number of businesses are paying for licences nobody’s using, which is usually the first thing we find.

How are you paid for this?

It depends on the product and the arrangement: sometimes a quoted fee for the scoping, implementation and support work, sometimes a margin built into the licensing itself. We’ll set out exactly how we’re paid before you sign anything, rather than leaving it vague.

Do you cover WordPress and WooCommerce specifically?
