Ongoing plans are easy to publish, so we publish them. Maintenance and hosting prices are on this page in full, which means you can work out what a site costs to run before you speak to anybody here.
One-off work is a different question. A malware clean-up, a WooCommerce build and a brand identity have almost nothing in common, and a list price for any of them would be a guess dressed up as a number.
So we scope it instead. A short conversation, then a fixed price in writing before anything starts. It takes a day or two longer than quoting off a price list, and it produces a figure that holds.

Quoting
How quoting works.
We quote a fixed price after a short discovery call or against a written scope, so you know the exact number before development starts, with no hourly surprises and no change-order negotiations later.
If the scope genuinely grows once we are under way, we tell you before doing the additional work, rather than presenting it as an unexplained increase on a subsequent invoice.
Do your prices include GST?
No. Every price on this page is quoted in Australian dollars and excludes GST, which is added to the final invoice as Australian tax law requires.
Are your plans contracts, and can I cancel?
Maintenance and hosting plans run month to month rather than committing you to a fixed term, and you can cancel at any point by giving us 30 days’ notice, with no exit fee and no negotiation.
What happens if I don’t use all my monthly hours?
Unused hours on the Grow and Scale plans don’t roll over into the next month. We’d rather you spend them on improvements now than bank them indefinitely for later.
Do you work on sites you didn’t build?
Yes. Most of our maintenance and hosting clients arrive with a site already running. We run a short technical review first, so we know exactly what we’re taking responsibility for.
How do payment terms work on projects?
Projects are normally billed in stages, beginning with a deposit and continuing through milestone payments as development progresses, while maintenance and hosting plans are billed monthly in advance.
Do you offer discounts for multiple sites?
Yes, so get in touch and tell us what you’re managing. Businesses running several sites usually get a better combined rate than adding up single-site plans one by one.
