Generic hosting wasn’t built for WordPress.
Most hosting is built to run anything: WordPress, a static site, a random PHP script from years ago. That flexibility comes at a cost. Caching is basic, support has no real idea how WordPress works, and when your site slows down on a Monday morning, you’re in a ticket queue with everyone else.
That gap is what our own environment was built to close. We sell it through our hosting brand, Skyrack, and it is tuned for one platform rather than all of them: a cPanel stack built around WordPress, LiteSpeed for caching, CloudLinux keeping every account isolated, and Imunify360 watching for malware.

Review your current setup
We look at your site, traffic and any special requirements before recommending a plan.
Build the new environment
We set up your cPanel account and configure LiteSpeed caching, usually within a day.
Migrate for free
We copy the live site across at no cost and switch DNS, timed so visitors never see a gap.
Confirm and monitor
We check everything loads correctly, then leave nightly backups and monitoring running from day one.
Fit
When our hosting isn’t the right fit.
If you’re expecting a huge, unpredictable traffic spike, like a launch with no forecast of how big it’ll get, a server sized for that event will usually serve you better than a standard plan. Get in touch and we’ll say so plainly rather than sell you a tier that’ll struggle.
We also only host WordPress. If you’re running a separate app or a non-WordPress platform alongside your site, that part will need hosting elsewhere.

What’s your uptime like?
We run on modern Dell servers with a stated 99.9% uptime. Every account is monitored, and the WordPress Management Service add-on includes 24/7 uptime monitoring on top of that.
Do you host email too?
We can through cPanel, but honestly, we usually point clients to Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 for email. Business email deliverability is a specialised problem, and those platforms solve it better than shared web hosting.
Do I need a maintenance plan as well as hosting?
Hosting keeps the environment fast, secure and backed up. Our maintenance plans keep WordPress itself updated and include hours for changes. Our own WordPress Management Service add-on covers core, theme and plugin updates plus uptime monitoring for less, if that’s all you need.
Can I keep my domain somewhere else?
Yes. Your domain and your hosting don’t need to sit with the same provider, and we’re happy to work with whichever registrar you already use.
What happens if I leave?
You take your files, database and domain with you, with full cPanel access the whole way through. Hosting runs month to month with 30 days’ notice to cancel, no lock-in contract and no exit fee.
